The least forgiving piece in the collection, and the one that reads hardest across a room. Vegetable-tanned leather in white.

The material

Vegetable-tanned leather, worked slowly with bark tannins instead of chrome. White hides nothing. Every cut edge, every line of stitching and any mark the bag picks up stays visible, which is why most of the run goes to the darker colourways and why this one takes the most care to finish.

How it is made

Around 40 hours of handwork per bag, by one maker rather than a production line. The hardware is custom brushed brass, made for GENA and used on nothing else.

Wearing it

Highest contrast against an all-black outfit, which is the way most people wear it. It will mark with use. Keep it off denim that has not been washed, and wipe it down rather than letting anything sit.
