A warm neutral in vegetable-tanned leather. Lighter on the eye, and the colourway that ages the most visibly.

The material

Vegetable-tanned leather, worked slowly with bark tannins instead of chrome. Beige is where that process shows most: the leather warms and deepens with sun and handling, and the bag records where it has been rather than staying new. If you want a bag that looks untouched in a year, take the black or the gray instead.

How it is made

Around 40 hours of handwork per bag, by one maker rather than a production line. The hardware is custom brushed brass, made for GENA and used on nothing else.

Wearing it

Works with the lighter half of the wardrobe, linen, sand, off-white, washed denim, without going tan-leather traditional. Warm enough to sit against olive and brown as well.
